Overview:

Sewickley Sports Arena is thrilled to announce its Summer Sports Camp Series. Keep your kids active and engaged this summer by having them join us for an unforgettable week of fun! Sign up for half day or full days; one week or multiple weeks. Discounts available for multiple kids. Sewickley Sport’s Summer Camp is filled with indoor and outdoor activities providing your child with a chance to discover new interests, create new friendships, and have fun! 

Summer Sports Camp is packed with a variety of fun and games for your children ages 5 – 10. Utilizing Sewickley Sport’s facility and adjacent public parks, your child will be offered a variety of indoor and outdoor activities that will keep them stimulated and engaged.  In addition to playing/learning a variety of sports your child will also have an opportunity to stretch their imagination with unique crafts and games. Space is limited so don’t delay - register your child today!

Ages, Times, Location:

Ages: 5 – 10 years old; must be fully bathroom independent

Full Day Times: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Half Day Times: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

All camps are Monday through Friday unless otherwise noted:

• Week 1: June 9, 2025 – June 13,   2025
• Week 2: June 16, 2025 – June   20, 2025
• Week 3: June 23, 2025 – June   27, 2025 
• *NO CAMP* from June 30, 2025 – July   4, 2025 
• Week 4: July 7, 2025 – July   11, 2025
• Week 5: July 14, 2025 – July   18, 2025
• Week 6: July 21, 2025 – July   25, 2025
• Week 7: July 28, 2025 –   August 1, 2025

Weekly Rates: 

Full Day: $290/Wk

Half Day: $180/Wk

Early Drop Off (8:00 AM – 9:00 AM) - Additional $50 per week

Late Pick Up (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM) - Additional $50 per week

Multi Child Discount:

$10.00 off Per Week   Pricing for each additional child registered. Discount applies to Full Day campers only.

Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refund Policy:

If you can’t attend a camp week that you registered for, regardless of reason, we will work with you to reschedule to a week that better fits your schedule later in the summer. Email us at least two days in advance (info@sewickleysport.com) and we will work cooperatively with you to reschedule.

If rescheduling doesn’t work for you, you can cancel your registration for any reason. To receive a full refund, notice of cancellation must be given via email (info@sewickleysport.com) at least 15 days before the start of the week that the camper is registered for and wants to cancel. 

Notices given within 15 days of the start of camp will not be eligible for any refund. All refunds will be processed at the conclusion of camp season beginning September 1st.

Early Payment Discounts:

To promote early registration, we offer the following discounts for signing up before May 1. 

Premium Discount – 

Registration and payment on or before March 31st

Full Day: $250

Half Day: $160

Early Bird Discount   – 

Registration and payment on or before April 30th

Full Day: $270

Half Day: $170

Standard Pricing – 

All Registrations on or after May 1st

Full Day: $290

Half Day: $180

Registration Process:

After signing up, our staff will review the application for completeness and verify availability of your preferred week(s). If the sign up is accepted, you will receive an invoice with options to pay via cash, check, or online bank transfer. To receive the Early Payment Discount, you must be paid in full prior to the discount dates listed above.

What to Bring:

· Comfortable shoes and clothing; think gym class

· Sunscreen

· Water bottle with your child’s name on it

· A bag with your child’s name on it to keep all belongings together

· (Full Day Campers Only) A bagged lunch or cash/card to buy lunch from our concession stand

What Not to Bring:

· Gum

· Cleats 

· Jewelry

· Electronic Devices

· Anything valuable that does not have your child’s name on it
